And then, he registered HERE on the 15th.

We (at Mygnr) were hoping you could get Infamous' IP address from here so we can see if it matches with the one we got at Mygnr.

Who knows if it is Axl, but the thread there is like 40 pages long still going. Many people have a strong feeling about this one.
