Indeed. I think some guys are here just to say something if the album fails to be released... Like "I told you so".

Id at least hope to have some kind of positive news/outlook for fall during the summer months, but I wont hold out for a press release or official statement until lst week of August/mid-September.

Merck said it several times already, and then yes, we asked him again to reaffirm it.

I think some people should take as step back and read this news for what it is.? The CEO of Sanctuary, Gn'R's management company is saying 2005 is the year for Guns N' Roses.? That hasn't happened before, and as well all know, in the world of Gn'R, anything can change.? But, we do know they are planning on making this year the year, and based on other info we all know about, we can speculate that it'll be a 4th quarter release, probably in Nov.

That's what the news is.? Sanctuary is currently planning on making things happen this year, and are confident enough that it'll happen that their CEO has publically stated it. That's it - no bullshit, and we all know there's a chance it won't happen anyway.

Merck: W, Axl Rose is not interested in fame, money, popularity or what the New York Times or any other paper for that matter might think of him. His only interest is making the best album he is capable of so that it can have a positive affect in 2005 on people who are enthusiasts of music and interested in Guns N' Roses. ?
