We are back in busienss.

You know the rules already. There are many bands to choose from, if you think about it, you can easily come up with 8-10 names.

So let's nominante 10 ok?

Here's a list that may help you ( I'm sure there are many more you'll be able to come up with)

Joe Strummer - The Clash
Alice Cooper - Alice Cooper
David Bowie - David Bowie & The Spiders From Mars
Ozzy Osbourne - Black Sabbath
Ian Gilliam - Deep Purple
Lou Reed - Velvet Underground
Bryan Ferry - Roxy Music
Phil Lynott - Thin Lizzy
Don Henley - The Eagles
Phil Collins - Genesis
Iggy Pop - The Stooges
Freddy Mercury - Queen
Steven Tyler - Aerosmith
Bon Scott - AC/DC
Brad Delp - Boston
Robert Plant - Led Zeppelin
Paul Stanley - kiss
Ronnie Van Zant - Lynyrd Skynyrd
Gregg Allman - Allman Brothers Band
Eric Bloom - Blue Oyster Cult
Roger Waters - Pink Floyd
Tom Petty - Tom Petty & The Heartbrakers
Joey Ramone - The Ramones
Johnny Rotten - The Sex Pistols
Geddy Lee - Rush

Why did I pick the following?

Phil Collins Vs. Peter Gabriel - Collins gave the edge the band needed as a singer.

Paul Stanley Vs. Gene Simmons - Stanley was the singer. Simmons is better known maybe, but this is about frontman/singers...

Rotten Vs. Vicious - This time, the bassist was even more charismatic than the singer, but just like the Kiss example, I pick the singer.

Strummer Vs. Mick Jones- although the share singing duties a few times and Jones being onthe London Calling album cover, Strummer was the real frontman of this band.

We are gonna have another discussion thread.

Oh by the way, Jagger, Wilson, Lennon ( & Mccartney), Roger Daltrey...will play the 60's Survivor

LEMMY (because Motorhead is timeless)
Halford (better in the 70's than the 80's!!!!)
Ozzy (duh)
Robert Plant (duh)
Phil Lynott (criminally underrated)
Geddy Lee (rush!!!!!!!!)
Dio (his pre-Sabbath stuff with Rainbow is underrated)
Ian Gillian (Purple is at least = to Zeppelin, if not better)
Gregg Allman (Southern pride here. Skynyrd is overrated)
Paul Stanley (Kiss was heavy for their time)

There you have it.
