Dont know if anyone is interested but the Greatest Hits is currently sitting at number 10 on the NZ music charts and has been on the charts for 28 weeks peaking at number one for several weeks.? Velvet Revolver is not showing on the top 40 albums, I dont think that it did too well over here.? ?

it's great. I'm sure "chinese democracy" will be the best selling album of the year when it is released. The "greatest hits" makes great sales figures with just a few promotion. Si imagine a new GN'R album with a tour, singles, videoclips, interviews, commercials etc... a #1 for sure...

If the greatest hits sold two million, maybe a volume 2 will be in the works...Or maybe a 5 CD boxset of unrelased songs, like Bon Jovi did, excpect all the songs wont suck.

I hope 10 million copies in the USA for "Chinese Democracy" and about 20 million copies worldwide within 2 or 3 years. It's possible if everybody works for it. If Norah Jones sold over 30 million albums worldwide between 2002 and 2005 without any special "big" promotion, Guns N' Roses (or whatever you call this new band) can sell 20 million albums within 2 or 3 years.
