Whenever there is going to be a Guns premiere it wont be on one exclusive station.. It will be broadcasted to all the major radio markets across the US. And also a radio station isnt going to start promoing the song the day of. A new Guns N Roses song could be a ratings boost and they would have promos running and talking about it several days in advance. ...MAYBE

Another GN'R fan (not Paul, and not Paul-related) listened to the station and apparently they did announce they would air some new GN'R track or something. Then they aired the White Stripes...Just a "joke"/ hoax on their part I suppose. I'm guessing they were trying to get some people to listen to their show is all...

If KROQ or whatever actually played IRS, there's no way in hell they used the MP3 version(s) (cleaned up or not) circulating on the internet. Quality is WAY too poor to be aired on radio, unless they didn't care about it and just aired a poor sound quality "high gen early demo"...
