Ive been thinking about the reasons why, W. Axl Rose hasnt realeased Chinese democracy, and in my own special thought...  and listening to some of the concerts NEW GNR did in 2002, i believe W.AXL ROSE, hasnt realeased chinese democracy, because:

          He has lost part of his voice, he cant reach high sounds anymore
and he doesnt feel optimistic, and good enough to release and album without computer's help, I think that is because of beer, and cigarrettes...
