Yes, that's me on the guitar, the first parts are done with a volume pedal for the effects. I've been playing for probably four years now.

As for ASS-JAM there is actually a method behind that madness. It is just me and my buddy (usually trashed). People have been calling me TomASS forever, that's where the ass comes from. His initials are J.A.M.  Since all we do is funny shit for the most part, we thought the name fit    .

The Polly cover is actually me and someone else and we hope to have some good stuff coming. We are working on an original now...

Wow that's amazing sound and out of an Epi as well.  I'm very, very impressed.  You're guitar playing is top notch as well!!  I've played acoustic for a number of years now and I'm trying to get into the electric game (it's the solos that have made me sell out, you see) and I just ordered an Epi LP Black Beauty but now I have to think of what amp to get.  I'm thinking a Marshall might be in order.

Cool you ordered such a cool guitar! Marshalls are definetely good amps. Vox is also a good brand. Just go test various amps out and pick the one with suits your style best.

hey do you have high action or low action on your guitar....
im trying to set my guitar right> if its(strings) too low i cant bend and if its too high i cant sweep pick!   any measurements??(i have a les paul)

@Zoso: I've been playing just for 4 years now. Sometimes I practise 3 hours a day and sometimes I do nothing. But in the beginning I practised really really allot everyday. I'm kinda sloppy.
@Sl@sh: I have the action as low as possible. But that's personal taste. The playing goes easyer low. But don't set them too low coz that would cause fret buzz. Just try out different settings. Mine is 2 mm at 12th fret or something round that.

yes, I dig it, the solo thingy on the end sounds good. Has a good vibe. Nice drumloop as well. My only thing is with the vocals. I can't make-out if it's just humming or that those are lyrics? I would suggest making them allot more clearer and more to the surface. Other then that good stuff!

- ok I created it within 2 minutes just with my ears.
- I don't play guitar, I'm not a guitarist, I just made the riff on one chord on a friend's accoustic guitar. I've been playing guitar for about 20 minutes. I think I touched a guitar twice before in my life. that riff is just a joke!
- the sound quality isn't great,
- do you think it could be a good riff or intro to a song? imagine tht riff played with a Gibson with? a killer sound ala "whole lotta love", is it good?
- if you think it sounds good, tell me. if you think it sucks tell me! don't be afraid I'm not a guitarist. That's just a joke guitar riff.

I know.. But you asked me to give an opinion and that's what I did.. I knew what you just said in your post from your original post. It wouldn't be fair from me to say that it rocked if I didn't think so my self. It does sound that you created it in 2 minutes with just your ears (next time try to utilize your hands too.. ) and that you're not a guitar player... No need to feel bad about it... Just my opinion.. Not really worth shit.
