That is one of my recent purchases too, along with: Prince: Musicology Chaos and disorder The Hits + the B Sides Weezer: Blue album Deluxe edition N.E.R.D: Fly or Die In search of Queen: Milton Keynes 82 Rainbow theatre 74 Osaka 76 (all live bootlegs) Van Halen: Women and children first |

Def Leppard-Hysteria.....after all these years i never got around to getting it now i have and it's great One of the first albums i ever listened to - for me this could be the best album ever released there isn't a weak song here and for guitar work i doubr there will ever be a better album released. I picked up Tool - Lateralus Transformers the movie: Official soundtrack - damn this is such a good album Guns N' Roses - Live and let die CD single |

Its quite good. Its probably his most accesible albums of the 90's (being quite brief (unlike for example 'Emancipation') and not willfully obscure (his more recent Jazz fusion stuff)), and has some excellent performances in it. I particulalrly like 'Dinner with delores', 'I will' and 'I like it there'. On the other hand a lot of the material is quite weak, and the toasting over 'I rock therefore I am' is intensely annoying. |
