Why four copies?  Gifts for lucky people not smart enough to buy it themselves?

I got a CD and LP for myself, even though I don't have a record player and don't really plan on ever playing the record.  The free download was enough to sell me.  Hey it's been 15 years right?  2 others are gifts.  One for a friend who's birthday is TODAY.  So she was getting CD whether she wanted it or not.  Still awaiting her review, as she is/was not a GNR fan per se.  The other is going to be a Christmas gift for someone, again whether they like it or not.

I like your "whether the like it or not" philosophy.  Who knew Chinese Democracy would be more reminiscent of the Golden Horde.

I also got Black Sabbath- Sabbath Bloody Sabbath. Used to have the LP but lost it so I got the cd now. Probably my favourite Sabbath record.

I always make sure to scan their two for a tenner. They had an obscene amount of the Floyd under it last time (surely a mistake!, thought I, since like a lot of Beatles stuff you're lucky to find most of it for less than fifteen squids), so I got myself physical copies of Atom Heart Mother and Meddle and now I own pretty much the whole catalogue...

... Physically. For a change.

I always make sure to scan their two for a tenner. I never see anything I want in their 2 for a tenner bit. Well, sometimes there's one album, but that's no good. Fiends.

Two for ten pounds, that is. Zavvi, Borders, the afformentioned... They can't get enough of it. It's always worth your time looking under the classics (Floyd, Bowie, Dylan and the like) to see if there is anything by them that you haven't that you can pick up fairly cheap.

Well. When I say 'you', I mean me. Generally, I don't like to pay more than a fiver for an album, most of my collections are built up from independent sellers on Amazon... Two for a tenner just cuts out waiting for the bastard to arrive in the post!

Aye I got Bowie's Diamond Dogs and one of those 2 albums in one things Heathen and Outside so in effect....3 Bowie albums for a tenner! Get In! It makes up for their shit prices on everything else, I generally stick by play.com  Although I am a fan of touching my albums before I buy them 

Oh and while I'm here....I got the Chinese Democracy Vinyl Version today...wahey!
