I like this board a lot. No real problems with it. The mods do a great job of filtering out nonsence/garbage to keep the board high quality. I do, however, feel that the mods are a little too eager to lock threads. In "The Jungle" section I merely asked why Paris Hilton is a celebrity, as she is not an actress/singer--I thought that merited discussion. The thread was locked almost immediately. I just wish the the boards could be a little looser. Again, not to bitch, you guys do a great job.

I'm sure you'll get a reason from the mod who locked it.

Sometimes people think they have a great idea for a thread, and it's just.... pointless.

Sometimes it seems like certain people start threads just so they can complain that we locked it. Not saying you do this, but sometimes when I read certain threads, I do wonder "why post something like this?".

Occasionally, the posters admit that they were a bit drunk when they posted the thread, but that's not always the case....

They do lock a lot of threads but most of the time (95 %), it's for a good reason.
