If you're gonna die before the album is released.. ?

I mean we could all die any second now...crushed by a bus... from a heart attack... lightning could strike ! Diabetes... cancer...  A friend of mine wrote me and told me.. 'one thing that would be pretty cool to see carved in my grave would be "He made it ! He lived long enough to listen to chinese democracy" '

Ever since this album was named... my sister got marriend and had a babygirl... my grandmother died...... my uncle moved to China ! (good ol' socialist believes chinese democracy already started in China for a good while now !  )
Maybe he's right and Axl missed an open window..... But I don't want this thread to turn political..

I just wanted to know what has changed in your life ever since this album has been haunting our internet habits..

I've wondered the same thing. EVery time I have a health scare I pray to God that I get to live long enough to hear the album. When I think of all the GNR fans who have died through the years its really sad. Cmon Axl...before we're ALL dead!!!!

2001: We finally pack up & move to Britian
2002: I contemplate suicide, decide not to
2003: My grandfather dies. RIP
2004: My sister has a stroke, aged only 21
2005: I am sitting here losing faith day by day thinking Chinese Democracy will never come

My aunt had twin boys, my cousin got married, my great-grandmother died, my uncle was diagnosed with cancer,my uncle died (R.I.P) my friend had a baby, my other friend had a baby, i moved house.....
