Seems to me the picture has been touched up. He looks like he's wearing make-up. Or maybe it's too much lighting. The original pic didn't look quite that way.

As much as I love the guy he has obviously had work done.  Some pics are more obvious than others.  He never used to be that wide-eyed, he looks surprised a lot.
