I don't know everything behind this, but it could or could not be true. Someone that posts at another forum that I'm also at just made a thread about it; he heard it from the radio. Be sure to check Blabbermouth or try and see what the hell is really up.

Was it the Megadeth forums?  I read something about this there, sounds like someone may have gotten confused about his cat's heart attack and reported it as him having a heart attack.  I certainly hope this is a mistake ...

Actually, almost two years ago I heard this rumor on a morning radio show in Atlanta.  One of the characters, DeathPool Dave, makes predictions on who is going to die within the next year.  And he said Slash, and mentioned something about a heart condition, although that doesn't mean he really knows what he's talking about.  With all the drugs and everything else, I wouldn't be surprised if Slash at least had a heart problem.
