Apparently Chuck D is there as well, for the rap station. Like Booker said, they just use game character names, it's not like he's gonna say: "Hey, I'm Axl Rose from Guns N' Roses, you're listening to..."

There's other "surprises" too, scattered throughout the game.  The guys at Rockstar have the sentiment that this is their "kitchen sink" release.  They've thrown everything cool, neat, awesome, interesting, and exciting that they could possibly think of into SA.  Just based on some of the cool things I've heard, as good as Halo 2 looks, I think this will be the Game of the Year.....and a Classic that will stand the test of time, to boot.

I'm actively trying to get more info about the recording sessions, etc.  I've got "someone" trying to find someone, ANYONE, in the company who might have been there when the dialogue was recorded.....I'd have LOVED to have been a fly on the wall for that one.

Because when i listen to this on my real speakers, it does sound like axl, but you can clearly hear other tones in this dudes voice that Axl does not.

Does it sound like him to you? The first word the dude says sounds totally like Axl, but the rest makes me skeptical.

IndiannaRose showed the screenshot of the voice credits, and Axl's name is in there... I cant imagine his name being listed as a fluke.

I'll listen to it again when I get a chance - the sister's hairspray thing is funny.
