My uncle just called me from Ohio....He took my little 14 year old girl cousin to see Damage Plan tonight. They got all the way up to the front row. Then during the first song someone jumped up onstage and shot Dimebag right in the stomach a couple times right in front of them.. He called me on the way out, that is some fucked up shit... He said it was a madhouse obviously and that's all I know right now..

Reports of a shooting at Al Rosa Villa on Sinclair Road in North Columbus.

Three people are dead and at least seven are wounded.

Three people in critical condition were taken to Riverside Hospital.

One person was taken to Grant Hospital in stable condition, with a gunshot wound to the thigh.

A triage center has been set up behind the restaurant to help victims with minor injuries still on the scene.

That fucking sucks. I used to be a big Pantera fan. This former cop who works at my job had to take all kinds of security and body guard courses and was actually just telling me yesterday how fucked up it is because the first thing they teach you is "if someone wants to kill whoever you're guarding theres a 99% chance they can do it."  At least they killed the fucking prick who did it.

THIS IS NO FUCKING JOKE!!!

I went to see Damage Plan tonight at The Al Rosa Villa here in Columbus. And I'm afraid I may be the bearer of some VERY TRAGIC news...

Less than a minute into Damage Plan's set, some guy ran onstage, grabbed Dimebag, and just started pumping shots into him!!! I am in total shock right now. I was close to the stage and it was all very confusing. As soon as I realized that the shots were real, I got the fuck out of there, along with many screaming and crying others. It's lucky there was not a Station style trampling on the way out the door.

THIS IS SO FUCKED UP!!! The breaking news here is that at least 5 people were shot and 3 are confirmed DEAD!!! They have not said if Dimebag is one of them, but I'm serious folks...I don't see how he could still be alive. When I turned to look at the stage the last time, he was still down...

Hey Tomass, look up how many gun related deaths america has in comparison with england or canada, or any country with a similar society and you will be appalled. I love my country but chris is right, this shit does only happen in america and it is fucked up.

I was at a gig two weeks ago with 2000 odd people there, I was searched. Not for guns, but for alcohol, or bottles that could be thrown. In a society that legally allowes guns, surley this should be taken into consideration?
