Eddie Vedder, lead singer of Pearl Jam, always record his own things and do some covers without his band, always recording songs to release to his fans at crhistmans and stuff... or some special ocasions, or even just to present the Pearl Jam fan club ( Ten ).
I think is fucking cool!
what if Axl did something like that?
I remember a rumor about he learning to play guitar... and what about tha story of "3 records"? could be this... a lot of songs that maybe he would like to present us along the year, but not songs on the records... maybe a official fan club, like pearl jam?s one...

do you think it?s possible??
 Huh

It wouldve been especially great if he would have done that 10 years ago...maybe it could have saved the band.  Undecided

Maybe this continued nothing will turn into a cycle of newly released GN'R (G&R) material....probably just wishful thinking on my part.

yeah it would, but axl is axl, not eddie vedder.  Vedder is pretty generous to his fans, while axl is kind of a jack ass, it would be going against character for him to do that.

Kind of a jack ass lol. rofl Yeah, but it would be great for Axl to do this. That way us fans could have something to back us up when people say, "How do you know he's not just sitting on his ass, and not even releasing the album?". It would really be an official word to tide us over till Cd comes out. Ah well, wishful thinking.  Sad

IF Axl decides to release anything then I think it would be CD seeing as he has supposedly been working on it all these years. My wild guess is Q3 2006.

I remember seeing a picture that read "In the year 2003 Axl Rose will kick your butt!", he kicked us in the butt alright!  hihi

That absolutely LAST thing Axl needs to do is anything Eddie fuckin' Vedder does.

Axl plays rythym on "Mad." (Rio 3), "Shotgun Blues" (just simple chords.) He also plays acoustic on "Dead Horse". And of course piano/keyboards. So who knows? Maybe he could be the next Trent Reznor and work by himself. The role would be perfect!  yes
