PInk Floyd in Clemson, SC in 1994. I was 21. Nothing has come close yet. Never seen GNR, probrally the reason why. Had tickets for the Tampa show in 2002, but we all know what happened to that tour.

Why are you reading this?

That would be Elton John at Wembley Arena in 1989. I don't remember a great deal about it, being only six years old at the time. I was rather hoping to refresh my memroy at one of his upcoming shows at Hammersmith, but then something else came up? Cry

I suppose my first proper concert was G n' R at Docklands in 2002. It was quite good.

My first concert was me being 4yrs old, and going to these local unfamous bands. I got lost about four hundred times there. Very muddy... But I remember clearly my first "Famous people" concert, it was Santana, I was dancing all over the place, and I think I was about 11 or 12yrs old.

My parents took me to my first concert, a family affair, back when I was a young tyke.  It was a Beach Boys show.  Soon after that they took us to see Chicago with Peter Cetera.  I can't recall much from either show as I was like 6, but I imagine they were good.  My first concert of my adult life, sans parents, was to see Boston and soon after that The Steve Miller Band.  Must've been a classic rock touring kind of summer.  My first GNR show was back in 2002 at the Hartford Civic Center, then again in 2006 at MSG.  Can't wait till the next one.

Tiffany and New Kids on the block (with a girl I liked) at a local amusement park.

On this note, my wife and I are bringing our 7 year old daughter to HER first concert in November.

I think it was around 83/84 for me, anyway a opening act called "Fastway", and then "Loverboy" and Quietriot.  I had to kind of sneak.  My mom knew and allowed, but dad could not know.  After such a enjoyable first concert, I returned home at about 1:30 am to my father standing at the front door waiting for me, not knowing where to find me all evening.  While I had snuck away for the evening my mom had a life threatening accident.  I will never forget that evening as long as I live, and I also taught my children to never ever lie to the mamma and daddy about their where a bouts.  My mom survived her accident, but it was a lesson learned no doubt.

I was 16 and my first concert was TooL. It was also the first time I tried LSD. I'm not kidding, but I thought the music from the amps was actually coming out of my mouth...good times.
