how do you figure Dizzy is correct? Those faces are clearly NOT blacked out.  Sure the faces may not be as sharp as when he fist got it done but i can def. see sculls....how are people seeing them as being blacked out!?? (from that link above)

how can you say you can't decide ,the colors are clearly visable from the blonde hair to the blue n red in axl's skull.. It's just an old tattoo that blended and has become a cluster.. Another thing is when you get a tattoo you arm size may change over the years and stretch teh skin..

CASE CLOSED THE TATTOO IS NOT BLACKENED..
