Spaghetti VOL. 2

Since we're gonna be waiting a long time for chinese democracy, maybe Axl should do another spaghetti incident. Maybe call this one the 'meatball coincidence'. With the following tracks:
Seasons in the Abyss- Slayer
Crazy-Seal
Thats just the Way it is Baby-Rembrandts
King of Dreams-Deep Purple
Harlem Schuffle- The Stones
A Room with a View-Death Angel
Holy Wars- Megadeth
My My Hey Hey-Neil Young
Smoking Gun- Robert Cray
Bonechina-Mother Love Bone
Dog and Butterfly-Heart
Get Back- The Beatles
Wont Get Fooled Again-The Who
If Axl would release this, I might be able to wait another year or two for chinese democracy. I also believe Axl could pull off singing these songs!! If Axl were to release a spaghetti 2, what do you guys think the album should be??

It's very good idea. Everybody knows thats problem wit the Long awaited CD is that Axl doesn't have enough good songs even for EP.

I hope you're not serious. GNR has done enough covers for an entire career. It's embarassing enough that nearly a quarter of the "Greatest Hits" cd was covers, nevemind another album. There was a time when covers birthed careers (i.e. the Beatles, the Rolling Stones), not it is clearly for bands at the end of their careers.

If GN'R started covering Slayer and Megadeth songs i think i'd have to throw myself off a bridge. That would be horrible.

I wouldn' like anymore covers. GN'R has released so many covers during the 1987/93 era, I think it's enough.
Anything released right now must have a relation with Chinese Democracy.

I think the main gist of that post was to post what songs you would like to see on a cover album IF Axl and GNR did another one....
It should be called Forever Delayed...(stolen from the Manics).
1. Roses in the Hospital - The Manics.
2.Teenage Kicks - The Undertones. Cus every other fucker has.
And thats it..just release that as an album and rip us off a little bit.

Of course everyone wants all new all original music from Axl and co., but this is just about cover songs(which Axl does an incredible job with, by the way), so given that, Id love to see them cover just about anything from AC/DC, or Led Zep. Maybe Janis Joplin's Bye Bye Baby. I personally love it when GnR do a cover song. Almost always I like GnR's version better. Knockin on heavens door, Dead flowers, Ain't it fun, Whole lotta rosie, the list goes on...

I think one spaghetti is quite enough. GN'R does make a really good cover songs, but personally right now i'm not waiting a cover album. I'm waiting for a whole new material, which is gonna be great.

I'm either too young to know most of these songs, or 80% of them just flat out suck.
