i know that slash had a wife before perla. i just know that her name is renne suran, that she's an actress and that they got divorced in 1997. so, if you have some information about his 1st wife, please post a comment...oh, and a picture would be nice too.

Who is Ren?e Suran?

Ren?e is SLASH?s first wife, they got married on October 10th, 1992, in Marina del Ray California. Ren?e was an actress and a model but we never saw her around; there are not many pictures of Ren?e and SLASH together because they kept their family life very private. We know that she is from Chicago and that right in Chicago, at her parents home SLASH started playing pinball that eventually became one of his passions!

The two both appeared on the Howard Stern movie Private Parts.

Ren?e was always described as sweet and very much in love with SLASH. In 1995 SLASH said that his wife asked him to write a song for her and that he dedicated "I Hate Everybody But You" to her?

SLASH and Rene? divorced in late 1997, again not much talking about the event.

I designed and sculpted a dinosaur for Slash's pond back in 96, when he lived at 801 Roxbury St. BH, Ca. I knocked on his door and Renee answered, She was totaly cool with me. She asked me if I wanted something to drink while I sat at the kitchen bar waiting for Slash to come down stairs. I rember she was cute like a model. I wonder if Eric,(Slash's old house boy) still talks to Slash. I lost his number when I moved. Masahi was the new house boy last time I called. Anyways, I think at that time Slash was finished with that relationship, I guess it was only a matter of time, Slash would move on to a healthier relationship. Slash took my wife and I back stage as a perk, there were women all over, Slash and Eric were cool about keeping groupies away from us. Slash was funny he was like, HEY ! THIS MY SCULPTER !  Hey bro thanks for the cool Sculpt .

Ok, I know this quote is old, and this guy may not even be here anymore, but that was not Renee Suran in the car with Slash in that video.  I don't know who it was, but it wasn't her.   It was some actress/model.  Renee did appear with Slash in Howard Stern's movie, Private Parts, in one small shot.
