Robert John was suing Axl over photos Axl has in his possetion that he has not paid for.  Thats all.

But yeah... I would assume they aren't friends anymore.

Considering Axl let only Robert John and two other photographers do 'official' photo's back in the day, it makes me wonder how it got to this stage...

On the last tour George Chin was taking pictures. Check out the copyrights on Robin's pics in his web site. Chin took pics of the band mainly from 1987 to 1991.
