Last night on the radio station the DJ said they were getting a new Guns song in 2 weeks!! Hopefully he really knows something and its not just another rumor. Maybe this is the first leak in the media concerning chinese democracy. i remember about a month ago someone saying that GNR might have a new song on the 'Ocean's Twelve' soundtrack. Could this upcoming song be from that movie? I should have called the dj after hearing that but it was 2 in the morning and i was trying to go back to sleep. If there is someone here "in the know", please give us hardcore fans more info on this new information. I would love to know what song it is. Is it something new or one of the few that we've already heard?? Maybe all of our prayers are finally coming true!!!

Although maybe sometime a post like this has to become true, I don't believe this one.  A new song has to be officially  send by the record company I believe. If it's true, which I can't believe, the song has leaked to the radio station like I.R.S., right??. In this scenario, the radio station should prepare for a nice lawsuit.

To the majority of people the songs premiered in 2001 are new songs. Wasn't there some channel promising a new song almost a year ago, which proved out to be a soundboard recording of The Blues?

Naturally, GNR legal team quickly denied subsequent airings.

generally, when a single is released, the album is released in the fall.
We all know "chinese democracy" won't come out in the fall as we speak now in october 2004.

well, if it was a leak, they wouldent have to wait 2 weeks to play it! I belive this! Its November! First Single in November! and album in February! Thats what Dizzy and Tommy has been hinting on all the time!

So, you call yourself a hardcore fan, huh? Why didn't you call the radio station the other day? Why didn't you try to find out who was the DJ, or something?

This isnt true... If its a leak, the GNR management will stop it very quickly...

If a radio st. had a new single from GNR, they would surely not tell it 2.00 i the morning... It would be big news...

Most of the times artists aren't allowed to play any new material. Especially singles, so I think the chance is pretty big that the first single will be a song we've never heard before....
