hihi on a lighter note.  Do you think the new band would ever do a daytime talk show.  If so would it be a Jerry Springer deal (Ugg..)  or say something like Oprah or maybe, night time, Conan...So he can kick his ass? rofl

Jerry Springer (get in the ring) would be funny as hell!  I don't think he has ever appeared on a TV talk show?

Conan would be cool. Axl could wear a "F@#k Axl!" shirt to the show. Man that would be so cool..yet so ironic... Grin

I think they should do a Diane Sawyer interview.

Maybe perform on the show, but no interview....A more wise choice would be a nigh time show.
But I'd love to see a PPV like Paris 1992/Rock In Rio 3...Instead of a one song performance.

I also think that would be a good idea. The woman is great at getting right to the point.

Seriously, Howard Stern has a contract with ABC executives for a Prime-Time interview special...so far, the only thing holding it up, according to Howard, is that nobody he wants to interview, wants to be interviewed by him!  He is a very underrated interviewer with the talent to get juicy details others can't get.  I think Axl would be perfect for something like this.

Of course, the required interview will have to be with Rolling Stone Magazine prior to the release of Chinese Democracy.

Enjoy!

See, that's why Howard is a good interview.  Every time he talks to David Lee Roth, he rips Sammy Hagar.  Every time he interviews Hagar, he rips Roth.  Personally, Howard doesn't give a shit who he offends.  If Axl wants exposure, Howard can give him just that.  Who wouldn't want to hear Axl asked really tough questions, along with some toilet/sex/political questions thrown in for fun???  Of course, when Axl was younger, he was on Stern at least once via phone, but back then he didn't give a fuck.  Yes, I realize people change as they get older, and Axl seems to be a more private person nowadays, but this would be pretty fuckin cool.

i dont know about daytime shows but i think its pretty safe to assume that gnr when the ball starts rolling again and there is new material will hit the nighttime shows hell if tommy hit them alone you can be gnr will do it, its a good way to promote a new single or album especially to try n get to people who might not be aware that there is a new gnr material.   I would love to see axl on conan, i jsut hope he doesnt do last call, cause i wouldnt want to sit through carson daly's show, that would suck
