I know you're not very keen on seeing us beat your beloved Canada, but you could at least give us that much respect as to type our nation's name correctly...
Where is the game played btw??
It will be one hell of a game.. Won't be pretty though. Finland will play hard. Canada most definately have the skill on their side, and we'll have to have everything going for us if we plan on winning on tuesday (?) night. Not saying that we don't have skill. Just saying that on paper our team is not as convincing as yours.
One other thing that'll make the game interesting is the fact that Finland has already gotten what they wanted from this tournament, and beaten USA in the Semis. So we'll see how they can put that game behind and focus only on the upcoming final.
So it's the skill of Canada vs. heart of Finland...

i think they are all being greedy... they owe it to the kids who wake up at 6AM and drag themselves in the -40????C weather to the arena and get on that ice and look up to the NHL players... they owe it to the places that had hockey for them when they were kids to play and show the spirit of hockey! oh it makes me so angry!!!!

I agree, SSS. They are all being greedy, but then again, aren't all the professional athletes greedy?  It sure has increased the attendance at the college and AHL hockey games though! As a matter of fact, that's where my son is tonight. Also some of the pros who want to play hockey still are playing in a couple of weeks near me for charity. They have offered to meet the kids etc...  |
