He has included the "RELEASE DATE IS SUBJECT TO CHANGE", so he'll have an excuse when nothing happens.  If we're lucky enough to get a release date in early 2005 he can say that he was right.

Amazon will let you preorder things a year in advance if they have a release date, so I think its safe to say that if Amazon doesn't list it, they haven't gotten a release date yet.

From my understanding, all the major distributors and retailers get their release dates from the exact same "source"; that is, if one place has a release date, everyone should.

As of last Friday, CD still had no official release date at retail.

I think we can chalk this one up to BS.

Just another release rumor id say..Im sorry but I have a feeling February will come and pass us by with no news or a sign of Chinese Democracy being out before at least the summer. Im almost positive that if a replacement for Buckethead is found he will be used as a scapegoat for Axl to recieve more time for tinkering and perfecting his record.
