Define "fun place to post".

If that means a place where there's no rules and you can post whatever you feel like in the GN'R section (even non-GN'R topics), then this isn't a "fun" place.

I don't think most people here are obsessed. I don't even remember when the last time I listened to Appetite was.....

There are some obessed people. But seriously, you need to avoid them, and just chill out with the sane members, like me.

Last time I listened to GnR was 1986. I hated them after they signed to Geffen. Sellout bastards.

Probably a deal by Geffen where Uzi suicide would get a penny for every album sale up until the 500th album sold or something like that. And a little exposure for Uzi Suicide cause their logo would appear on a major label bands albums...

Uzi Suicide was GN'R's own record label that was created just to release Live Like A Suicide. To give it a underground feel, I think.

Then when GN'R got popular, Uzi Suicide actually released Hanoi Rocks' albums in the USA and there were also rumors of new bands being signed to the label. But I don't think anything was released by them.

Why else did you think he was cranky?

Hmm.  So it wasn't like the Sub-Pop logo appearing on one (or more) of Nirvana's Geffen releases deal...
