The Backup Vocals in Rio III suck.

I haven't saw the video of Rock in Rio III yet, I only have the audio, who the hell is singing Duff and Izzy parts? they sound terrible, mostly in You Could Be Mine.

once i got used to them i began to appreciate them for their merits, i think in a lot of ways they suit the songs better than the old backup vox. ofcourse some of the originals haven't been improved...

i think their backup vocals are one of the things they do better than the original GNR, robin and tommy definitely sing better than Duff, we will give them a push with izzy.

same here, RIR III was still there 2nd show, watch MSG O2' n' tell me they still suck

But still, Robin's vox at RIR III were fuckin' cool, his voice goes perfect with Axl, especially Mr. Brownstone n' Out Ta Get Me, ya cant tell me they suck, other wise you suck

N' Sossago was what made me Robin's newest n' most keen fan, i love his style all the way, kinda like Creedence Clearwater singer, people call him the worse singer just 'cause of the crackle in his voice, thats not shit, it's style!!!

As for Tommy, like i said, MSG O2' YCBM back up was far far better (then origenal) n' they sounded mad as.!!!

Keep in mind that RIR III was just a bad gig, we, us musicians do get them, even the greatest bands in the world you know

i really don't understand the conplains. the way i see it robin and tommy are the best thing in guns n roses ever. robins voice is amazing. just listen to madagascar. and in RIR 3 it was so raw. specially on nightrain and outta get me. i love the guy. he fucking rocks

I don't like Robin or Tommy's voice.  Robin's voice is too raspy and many times overpowers Axl's, which should never happen.  Tommy's voice is okay as lead singer, but doesn't sound good on You Could Be Mine.  I really like Duff and Izzy's backing vocals, and Gilby's is not really noticeable.  I don't think CD will have too many backup vocals, at least I hope.
