Unless you want to correct Jarmo and this website and some magazines, Axl wrote the lyrics:

I wrote this song for this girl who was gonna have a band and she was gonna call it Rocket Queen. She kinda kept me alive for a while.

Besides, the ending lyrics are so obviously Axl-like, I dont see how anyone could not guess he wrote them.? They're about fear of abandonment - big Axl theme.


Lyrically, my favorite song is Breakdown.  Yes, Axl wrote those lyrics.

If you read the lyrics to Locomotive closely, you'll see that they are really,really deep.. Don't misunderstand me: Most of the lyrics are both deep and great ! Even when they write about sex, drugs and violence, they are made with inteligence, but Locomotive is my favourit one, with Coma right behind...
