Since Izzy has been playing pretty often with VR lately, that makes 100% of the Illusions instrument pieces onstage and playing together.? Those four guys together made over half of Guns N Roses original material.? And 3 of them made All of GnRs original Material (minus OMG).? ? I think it would feel more like seeing Guns N Roses watching these 4 guys play together + Weiland and Kushner than it did when I saw the nu GnR in Toronto 2002.? ? I may have felt different about it had nu GnR played a majority of their own songs, but they played mostly old GnRs material. I would rather see Axl sing Kareokee to the old songs than I would see those other guys play all of Appetite again live. Axl is the heart of the old songs.. but the other original guys were the soul.? If the Guns are gone...? the band should be renamed out of Respect for the old and new members.? ? They are living under a shadow with a monkey on their back.? They can never get out and never get the monkey off.?

Perhaps Axl would have been wise to call this new band something else. It would have been easier on expectations and comparisons.

BUT, he diddn`t , and so what? Axl Is the main force behind GNR always has been. So there is nothing wrong with calling the new band Guns N Roses.
