I agree...unless rumors are patently, out-of-the-ballpark false (lionel richie duet), let them be discussed..it's certainly better than rehashing arguments about which guitarist is better, and arguments over Axl's plastic surgery.

There has been no decision made about a release date. Period. End of story. 

There may be dates being "bounced around"....different sides may have different "target dates" in mind.  Right now, THERE IS NO RELEASE DATE.  Even if any bit of what "Wheels" is saying has a slim modicum of truth to it....it doesn't matter.  Because the label hasn't approved the date....

Setting the date is a process.  It involves the artist and the label.  Even if Axl pegged Febuary 1st as the date...the label would have to approve it.  Now, you can suppose that any date Axl gives the label, the label will accept.  You can suppose it...but you might not be right.  From a business standpoint, Late January through Early May is, traditionally, a really sucky time to release an album...no matter how "big" it may be.
