also.... anyone notice how amaziing sweet shild of mine was at that show?  Robin Finks solo kicked more ass than the original.  It was kinda close to the original but he just has a cool way of expanding on the original ideas.

I don't think that is what people are saying at all.  Until you hear something official believe nothing you "hear" on a message board.  That way you don't get disappointed.

Sukie your damn right! I have been reading on this board for years and I post very little. I have learned that the false rumours are everywhere. I remember in 1999 when the Woodstock reunion was happening there was a rumour GnR would regroup and play. I had 12 strokes when I heard this! I believed several other rumours since then but now am a staunch critic!  All this december talk has me thinking....but until I hear something its BS.

Like I've said before, I think Mysteron is legit, but I don't think Sanctuary would tell him personally when or if there's a tentative date set. They want the announcement to be akin to an atomic bomb, they're not gonna let it out by 3rd parties. And about IRS, PURE obviously is referring to the leak. But again, PURE was a very fabricated persona, but if I do remember right, he did have some supposed "inside info" that turned out to be real...

Well, the chanse for something before christmas i concider as big. I really dont think that Tommy would make thouse comments about CD, beeing released at the end of the year, if it wasnt tru. I known that this things have been said before, but this time its special. If u think of the Press release Axl did in ..... April? Anyway. Im pretty sure we will hear something very soon! But, thats just my feeling!

I really wanna see democracy this year , same as every other year since I 1st heard it was in production. however there have been many things over the last few years that would make you think "it's coming this year!" but it never did ... including tommy and dizzy saying so.

This may be the year , and lets pray it is , but I wont be surprised if nothing happens.

I am skeptical (of course) but I believe that the album will be released before 2005. I find it odd that every major new release on Universal Music (and other labels) is avoiding a December release. Fan or not, news of a new G N' R album hitting shelves will eclipse the hype of any artist. That said, I believe the wait for an "official" announcement will be a long one. I'm sure the band wants to surprise their fans. I'm betting on a mid/late October announcement, with a single released to the public soonafter.
