Why do newbies come here to be rude thread?

Is it just me or are they more and more newbies and 1 time posters who come here and post 1 time saying something like

"I heard GnR's manager say CD is coming out in November"

or someone like Crazejosh who comes here to just start topics that are racist and rude.

Topics like

"Elderly People"

"Another ballsy Topic (picking on handicapp)"

"Why the irish annoy me" (seems he started it with a second name)


Do these people come here and start threads like that because they are bitter and it makes them feel better to ruin others good discussions, or are they just members who got banned and want to come back to start trouble?
