Or maybe this is the release date! They just wants us to break a kode!!
Why exactly 2047??? ?well? ? ?if u take 20/4+7 = 20/11 .......... looks like the albume will be released November the 20th

Or maybe VH1 just got finished ripping Axl a new asshole in the "Behind the Music" documentary and are entirely out of the loop in regards to New GN'R.

Their marketing sure worked on me. I finally saw the commercial, it was on again. I had to watch the Surreal Life two different days to catch the commercial. Now I actually LIKE it. Brainwashing bastards...

Thanks 2 those who went 2 Mustang Harry's on May 12th. That made my first concert experience something I'll never forget. Never did I feel like I fit in anywhere as much as I did amongst you strangers

Dude you gotta be patient. If you mean tonight, the one we're talking about was on not 30 minutes after the Harry Potter one. You aren't missing anything...it's EXACTLY like the Potter one. Same door, same girl blabbering, same graphics, just about 'Guns n Roses "new" album'.

Well the old saying any press is good press has served it's purpose.? Just look at the rise in Greatest Hit's after Behind the Music was on.
And for everyone that thinks this is just for GNR, well they've been doing it for other artists too.  Like they made fun of Clay Aiken's measure of a man.  It had "If you like clay aiken's Measure of a man".........then you've probably been searching for the true measure of a man all your life.  So this isn't just something related to GNR.

There he goes. One of God's own prototypes. A high-powered mutant of some kind never even considered for mass production. Too weird to live, and too rare to die.

I rag on Axl a lot, in fun, saying the album will never come out.

But I am starting to believe soon may be the word.

1) Behind the music. Take it for what it's worth, but most times this show is an hour long ad for a new album.

2) a-z show. They are bringing more interest to the group this way.

3) This ad. I saw it today too. It's odd....Why bring this up out of the blue? I think they are slowly bringing attention back to GnR because an album is gonna drop.

Just my .02 cents.

I don't think there's anything going on.  I believe that VH1 is just making jokes.  VH1 is trying to be more "hip" nowadays.  Take for instance the commercial with the "Blinging" moutain climber.  For the Gn'R shows and stories, I believe yes it's a tad bit strange that Gn'R is being talked about alot lately but I also think that there's not much to say nowadays in music.  VH1 is not gonna bring up a Twista or Yellow Card BTM or A to Z because it seems that they are trying to target an older audience or non "ghettoish" audience (that's for MTV to clean up, the popular shit).  Try not to get your hopes up.  Just believe in it when it's Official.  As for the BTM quote, just take that as a grain of salt.  And Tommy, Great guy, for fuck sakes he's from Minnesota.  I like the guy but Tommy knows nothing about the release of the album, by the way if you haven't picked up his solo album go get it, Stinson has some great shit in his music.  Tommy has been saying "It's coming soon" or something similar to that for the past two years in every interview.  He's probably saying that because he knows that people are gonna ask him that and soon could be the next few months or the next few years.  So bottomline what I'm trying to say is take everything as a joke, rumor or a grain of salt, unless it's offically announced.  I'm going to sleep now, anyone agree, Comments?   peace

2047 ......I wander where the fuck this number "47" comes from.

2047 - 2004 = 43

Axl will be 43 next year. Knowing that we get the current result by using the current year, we are able to deduct that Chinese Democracy will come out before his next birthday.

Problem solved.  Grin
