I don't remember. But I just finished listening to it. Some trippy music playing while Axl is going off on a big time rant(and cursin up a storm). I get that this was recorded in the 90's but what is this? It does amaze me how many bullshit Chinese Democracy supposed tracks are available for download. Anyway, this is Axl, and it soiunds kinda cool.

I havnt actually heard this track but i do remember reading about it on this board about a year ago. I think everyone came to the conclusion that this track was a fake. The person who made it got hold of a number of Axls rants and mixed them in with some trippy ass heavy rock crap.

nah it definatley isn't in that... it does say 'the powers that be your friends, your family or anyone else who chooses to fuck with you' before LALD on the Paris '92 show though which is where the title may be from
