ok, my guess is next march.
my reason is that this march axl said that a date will be anounced within a few months, i'm guessing that will be this december or november and he will say 'early next year- maybe jan or feb' but then of course it will be delayed 'til march. then i think the tour will start april.
just my guess- i have no source of information for this

My guess is that it will be released this year and my reasoning, alot of publicity this year (GH, Behind the Music, A2Z) and it feels and seems like alot of Gn'R momentum is out there right now.

Date: November 2 or 9th, U2's new album is released on 11/23 and I think U2 would surpass Gn'r is sales in the US (atleast at first)

I would have to say Jan.  Releasing the album in the first of the year would be a way to start the year out right.  Interscope is already releasing U2 and Eminem in November.  Jan would be a good time to let the sales figures subside where GNR could debut #1, let's face it this album has to debut #1.  If it doesn't Axl's critics will say look how long this took and it still couldn't reach #1 and he will be compared to his former glory.  After those two albums have settled down a bit sales wise, Interscope will shift gears towards GNR.

Saying stuff like Axl can kiss your ass isn't helping put the CD out.  It just delays it longer he doesn't put CD out on your time or anyone elses.  It's all about him and his timing just like when he comes out late at his concerts.  Trust me on this one.

End of March at the earliest. First quarter retail sales are notoriously terrible following the Christmas season and there is no way Interscope is going to piss away CD when they need it to sell big. Larger acts never traditionally release albums post Christmas season unless they are asking for poor sales.
