But here's my question: if he was lip-synching to prerecorded tapes, then why the hell did he try and sing along?  By definition, lip-synching involves NO SINGING.  Still, this thing makes clear the superficiality of most mainstream pop music these days.  If you're going to go shell out like 50 bucks to see a musician live, you should hear an actual live performance.  And you should hear a good one.  Well, one out of two ain't bad, I guess.

not like im sticking up for anything, i dont know if he can sing or not, but i just dont believe this. if i had a mic on this comp i could make one of justin timberlake or some shit like that.

you don't know what he sounds like behind $300 000 pounds of equipment either so how can you be 100% positive that this is him. i dont understand how everyone here has straight away believed this, even if this is enrique fucking famous only cuz of his father egligagialsgisaisis. hulio could sing, surely enrique musta inherited some ounce talent, if that was really him then he musta been adopted

another thing, if he was gonna lip synch the whole night, why would he need to do a sound check?

here's what i think, cuz the singer doesn't even sound hispanic, sounds more european than anything. i reckon the polish sound guy has gotten up on stage and sung it for a laugh cuz everyone was bored. you can hear a crowd cheer at the end.

who ever's singing is purposely singing bad,

hulio eglesias would have shot his son and dumped him in the ocean if he sounds like that

no amount of equipment can correct the stuff the person is doing in that clip regardless of whether its enrique or not.
