I think thats a little too much. How do you know they are the perfect songs to compare with? What i would really like to know is what Axl thinks about Contraband.

There aren't perfect songs to compare it to. Those were the best matches, IMHO.

And if Axl were being honest he'd say he likes VR's album but it's too "retro" or something.

First, it's too much, second, I don't think that every CB song has its 'pair' in the GN'R catalog. The DC vs. LTA thing was interesting, but enough for some weeks.
