One of Stinson's is 'Chinese Democracy Rumours':
"People just keep asking me. It has evolved from day one and now it's a hair's breadth from being finished and when it comes out we will all get into a big van and tour. We will tour the slopes of Britain. I am really looking forward to touring. I have had great fun at the shows we have done. It is an incredible undertaking just in that it is a huge production with hundreds of people involved and rabid fans. It is a load of fun. It's kind of nuts but it is a lot of fun. I honestly really haven't even heard one of the Velvet Revolver songs yet, though. I met Duff a couple of months ago and he is a really sweet guy, but I haven't listened to the album at all."

Im sure theres a chance he has heard SLither. But Tommy has probably been busy these past few months with his solo stuff. Plus he has said in the past he doesnt really listen to the radio that often. Hes into all that underground stuff.....

People Asking Me Why I Called My Album Village Gorilla Head
"It comes from the song on the album called Village Gorilla Head which was three parts of music that I was trying to sew together to make a song out of. When I first started writing, for lack of anything else to call it, one part of it reminded me of Motorhead and one part reminded me of The Village People. As I sewed it together it seemed a good idea to call it Village Gorilla Head. Some people might find it interesting, but I don't. After trying to come up with serious titles and funny titles, my manager came up with the idea that I call it that. I thought about it for about half an hour and decided to go with it."

The LA Lakers' Higher Management
"The Lakers are the only sports team that I pay any attention to and although it is only the last six years that I have been a basketball fan, I have got pretty rabid about it. The upper management have replaced Shaquille O'Neill with Kobe Byrant... who may be in fucking jail by the fall! There is definitely at least a 30 per cent chance that he will go to jail, and they have hedged all their bets that he will stay free and they can base their team around him. It's sure going to be a boring season to be a Lakers fan next year."

Leaf Blowers
"Every building on my street has a gardening service and they have these leaf-blower things that are excruciatingly loud and every day of the week at some point in the day I've got an hour where they are making all this noise. I really can't think of anything else. Overall this is the best my life has been in a while, to some it might not be much of a life, but to me it is great right now."

"Except Axl's, his ink all has meaning to it. You have to remember that in LA, especially Hollywood, every man or everyone who has picked up a guitar has stopped off to get a tattoo first. My friend calls them 'the Everlasting Job Stopper'. I have never been tempted, I like the fact that I have virgin skin. I don't understand why people all get the same tattoo; why would you want to be one of nine million people with the same tattoo? It's tolerable if there's no flames, no eightballs, no dice."

"I get asked about this every fucking day! It's not that I want to be an asshole about it but a lot of people ask me about it at the moment, it seems like a hot topic. I don't think that the Pixies getting back together changed anything - we're totally different cases. I like that Charles just came out and did it... he's pretty casual like that. "I drove through Minneapolis coming back to LA from the Bahamas and it was terrible. Los Angeles is so dry and it has this really high pollen count. I guess it's not a problem you have in London.
