just to let you all know as we suspected the article was just an extra bit from tommy stinson saying that he is grateful to axl for letting him be in the band, and that he would be happy for the old members to reform but he does not see it happening once to break the chain with axl thats it. He also said that the band members all know that the fans only go to see axl not them and that the album is a hairs breadth from coming out.?

I dont know if you know this Mr. Stinson but when i eventually go to see Guns N' Roses, im going to see the band Guns N' Roses, not drool over Axl cause he's the last man standing, Fuck that . Members dont come n' go like The Cure or NIN here, im a fan of you Mr. Stinson and the rest of the band.  Some people are only in it for Axl but not me, i could'nt ask for a more perfect band and if any of you guys leave i'll be cut as!!!.

Pink Floyd and..........even Fleetwood Mac are perfect eg. of line-up changes but the later changes have been the best, Guns N' Roses are one of em'!!!

Well, Clintron, I agree with you that most people on this board who are fans of the new group want to be INTO the whole group (look at the thread dedicated to praising Toomy's record!)...But in a general sense, the 'regular' public still knows GNR (now) as Axl Rose, and that's who theyre waiting on and who they will pay to see.
