Well one thing to say for us older fans is that we did see the original GNR...and I'm not talking via DVDs or Videos...if you had cool parents or a cool, older sibling who took your little butt to a concert back then, then you are truly blessed. The only reason I want to be older is to "be in the process" . I mean to hear cool bands for the first time, tell my friends GNR will rock, see the shows, hear the todays news, buy "Illusions" . Man, that would be cool-awesome-great-worth-for- living. I'm 22 with 10 years experience. My parents used to love Deep Purple and so on, but there was no possibility for them (and all the people of our (now their) country) to see anything but the old white/black hand-made photos from foreighn magazines and pirates records. I wish I was there. |
