well... "November" being 3 months away.
When do you think that some sort of statement will be released?
I mean seeing as members are touring into September, you begin to think when the ball will initially start rolling.

I don't think it matters that some members are touring until September because if a single is out before November they won't be needed around until they start touring in probably late November, early December.
This is all presuming that the album is due out in November.

I don't think Tommy's or Dizzy's tour schedule will have any affect on the ball "rolling" or "not rolling". It's not like GnR is going to be doing radio interviews like VR on the talk-show TV circuit.
I predict any interviews may just be Axl alone to the big media outlets. I'm guessing they may already have new press photos of the band finished, and maybe even the rumored video or two. The band wouldn't actually need to be intact until the rehearse for a tour, or if they do a late night TV appearance (maybe David Letterman or Saturday Night Live).

I have a good feeling about November. I think GN'R may play a show, or headline a festival before a single/album release, but I don't think they will tour again before that. Especially as the other members all have solo stuff.
