Dont get me wrong, I am just as anxious and HUNGRY for new GNR more than just about anything else.

But are we setting ourselves up to expect to much?  Since we already have heard FIVE songs in this decade from GNR and Oh My God 5 years ago (Could that be on CD?) isnt it possible we have heard half of Chinese Democracy?

I know its a bit of a Dead Horse topic, but what are everybody's thoughts about those 5 songs from RIR and Las Vegas?

I just discovered that CD Video from GNRsucks.com, great stuff.

Man I still remember seeing those fuckers live in 87 and 92, I feel lucky!!!

I love all the new songs. The Rio version of OMG is better than the demo and you can see they've worked on it.

Madgascar is a brilliant song, really moving.

The Blues is fucking brilliant as well, really floaty. Especially Robin's solo.

Chinese Democracy, good. A nice angry song.

Silkworms, not many like it but I do.

Rhiad and the Bedouins. In my opinion the weakest of the new songs.

You should check out the videos of CD, The Blues and Madagascar from gunsnroses.us, that are rather fine. Wink

Yeah, I think the Blues is one of the most beautiful songs ever. Axl clearly put his heart into it.

I agree with you on the others. I like Silkworms too.  LOVE CD.

Yeah my fav song from the new GN'R is The Blues its a nice slow song the solo sounds like Queen but I really like it and Madagascar is moving liek Anarchy said Chinese Democracy a great angry song and Silkworms and Rhiad aren't so great I like them but the big 3 I love a lot maybe if there were better quality of the songs to download I would most likely like them more but hey

I love Oh My God,The Blues,Madagascar and Chinese Democracy.

I never really cared for Silkworms, but I will admit, with a little work,it has big potential as a studio track......Also does Rhiad And The Bedouins.....Just the song seems a little incomplete. smoking

They're all great songs! If they weren't,maybe the hype sorrouding CD would be smaller.

Rhyad has the potential to be huge!! It has a certain Led Zeppelin feeling

I don't think so... just because there a oh oh oh part?

I'm prettry anxious to see if Cd is really "Pink FLoyd and Led remixed by Beck and Trent Reznor"... well, mainly because the PF and LZ part.
