Axl could have started a religion

I was prompted by the earlier post about the House of blues -civil war post. To dig out the live from paris video and compare. I guess you kind of forget just how god damn good the old GNR were. Trust me this is not a "aren't the old days great post. I just couldn't believe how much GNR rocked. Every song they play was majestic and that is the only way I can describe it. I realise that the old days are gone and will never never return.
What I thought was that AXL has so much to offer!!! I love the new stuff I love the new band. Look at the facts no album for 10 years plus and we are all still on here every day begging for news about the album. The devotion of his fans after nothing . no news no tour no website bar this is startling. That is what I mean about the title. For me GNR are a way of life they are more a state of mind than a band and I believe that his fans (us) will follow blindly no matter what.
What I would like to know is what is stopping him! I don't want to here about law suits or VR. Imo he is either a perfectionist labouring over ever note on that thing or he is scared. We all know mad uncle Axl has had his problems in the past but the album should be called "blood,sweat and tears" not CD. Just release the damn thing and get back to being the best band in the world. I am pissed off with waiting also where are the godamn answers to our questions.
It is like being in a relationship were you never get to see the girl but you are still going out with her and she keeps saying yes itts still on.
I know Axl owes us nothing but jesus. Every time I think about it I get mad. I guess soon is not the word!!!!!!!!!!!
