I have to say this and started a new topic because the other one was full to the brim with people slagging Slash off about this and the people who know what Slash meant will get swamped and ignored...
Slash did NOT say Axl had vocals on only a couple of songs...
he said HE KNOWS Axl has vocals on at least two songs. It's obvious he is saying that Axl had two back in the old days... not that he hasnt any more now. Slash will be the first to admit he knows shit about the newGnR situation, and he HAS said before that he doesn't.
Stop taking words out of context you fools!

I hope what your saying is true and Slash did not say what he is quoted in the RS as saying. The RS quote reads "There's only a couple of songs with vocals on it -- I know that for a fact. But it will come out one of these days.". If you know where we can find the full interview please post the link, as the RS piece has nothing to indicate that Slash was refering to 8 years ago when he left the band.
Disclaimer: I do not intend to start a slanging fest, my dream is that after VR + GnR finish their current projects we could see the original line-up again for a few years. These interviews make a very dificult scenario seem nearly impossible.
