I was listening to Chinese Democracy and Madasgascar but I feel that Madagascar explains the word Democracy and much clearer in Maddy I just wanted to know what the rest of you think. Just think about what explains Democracy better just that.

Anyone are free to see whatever they want in a song. What an artist intend to write about doesn't really matter. Bob Dylan hardly answer what his songs are about for this reason. The listener gets to judge.
Anyway, I get the same outta it as you do. But then again, it can be understood politically, as long as that makes sense based on the lyrics. There's no right or wrong here.
