FTP should be the next singlew IMO.A good ballad for the 2nd single would work very good.

I think that it has already been reported that FTP is going to be the next single, and it will be released in august, if I remember correctly.
There is no obvious choice for the follow up, the candidates are Sucker train blues, Do it for the kids and Headspace.
Then they will most likely release You got no right.

I'm glad that there are a few others who love Dirty little thing, I think it?s extremely underrated.  peace

i think ftp would be a good second single, what they really need is a great video. the slither video was awesome, but more for us who are already fans, they need a video that will appeal to everyone it should definitely have live footage to show people what they are missing.

OMG!!!! "Dirty Little Thing" is becoming one of my favorite songs ever! The chorus is just soooo gorgeous!! I can't believe they made a song this good! Man life is really good right now!

already learned the chords to the chorus on guitar!! fuckin incredible emotion pouring out of that song!

I can't believe they aren't playing it live!

problably the same reason GNR didn't play Dont Damn Me...the solo is to hard to do live.

Actually no...it can be done or at least improvised!
Man if VR plays this song the next time they come around I will die a happy man!

I think Fall to Pieces is an old school rock ballad that needs some airtime.  It really is a great song.  Slash really maes that guitar cry in that one.  If they don't want to release a ballad that early, than Suckertrain Blues would be a nice oppurtunity to rock the masses socks off.

I'm pretty sure that FTP is almost a lock to be the next single, which I think is a good move. Though I like LTA better as a ballad, FTP would definitely have more immediate success. LTA would be good as a 4th single I believe.

I think none of the ballads are strong enough to become a hit. Loving the alien would probably be the best of the 3.

But I'd rather see them release Do it for the kids or Big Machine.

Big Machine would be a good single.

Dirty Little thing has taken over as my favorite VR song. I can't get enough of it.

most bands release a rocker first then a ballad

unless u are dumb like bon jovi and release a midtempo song that destroyed their fuckin awesome bounce cd

loving the alien doesnt seem like a radio friendly type song, its the best song on the cd but im not sure casual listeners will get it

fall to pieces is definitely going to be  a single

you got not right  is a great choice as well

loving the alien though is the best song and would be the one id love to see as the single

the next single will be Fall To Pieces or Loving The Alien. IMO

After that I'd like to see Sucker Train Blues/Headspace/Illegal i Song as a third single.

It's interesting how there are so many different opinions as to what should be the next single. I think most of the songs on this cd are single potential.

I would pick You Got No Right as the second single. I love Fall To Pieces, but You Got No Right just blew me away from the first time I heard it. Somehow, I seem to find something new to love about it with each listen. I think this is the song will grab the public's attention. It's beautiful and perfect. I will think it's a shame if this is not released as a single at some point.

As for other rockers I think I am leaning towards Superhuman and Headspace or Do It For The Kids.

Wow! i can't believe no one has mentioned SPECTACLE!

I LOVE SPECTACLE! to me it sounds a lot like "go with the flow" by queens of the stone age. Spectacle is probably my favorite track on the album.

i think fall to pieces is a little weak...not very catchy or original. i love do it for the kids too.

...anyway, yeah Spectacle has my vote. has a solo in their too...would make for a kickass video.
