I've listened to Avaa's recomendations.
I know Avaa will hate me for saying this
but
No man's land
sounded just like anything Creed has done before.
OMG, that was the worst comparison ever! You?re right, i will hate you from now on and not gonna listen to your recommendation!
And it?s Aava by the way..

I really like the vocals on this particular track. Pretty good tempo etc. The solo is pretty damn good actually. Thanks for pointing this tune out to me.
For my recommendation i suggest listen to this newish Danish band called "Who Made Who". Kinda a mixture of Disco and some punk i guess. Hard to explain. Anyways here is a link to their song "Out The Door"
http://homepage.mac.com/WebObjects/FileSharing.woa/wa/Who_Made_Who_-_06_-_Out_the_door.mp3.mp3?a=downloadFile&user=kjmatteson&path=.Music/Who%20Made%20Who%20-%2006%20-%20Out%20the%20door.mp3
Evolution, great recommendation, its definately being placed on my Ipod's rotation list. Your right as well, this type of music I find very hard to classify as it touches on both disco and punk as you said, but to me sounds like its has maybe mild emo influences too. Is their band name a reference to AC/DC on purpose or just called themselves that for the hell of it.
As for my recommendation dude, I forget if you like hip-hop but you will when Im done with you
I strongly am telling you to download "Liberal Arts" by Canibus and Jedi Mind Tricks. There is just so many good aspects that make this song what it is, and the reverb will be stuck in your head for quite some time. I dont care who tells you Dre has the best beats, fuck that Stoupe of Jedi annihilates him.
Song is only 2 verses, Canibus is 1st then my boy Vinnie Paz. Hope you enjoy evolution because the production is something else.

Man...this is ridiculous.
Two things can be happening:
A) some people are not reading the rules
B)They are reading the rules, but just want to take the piss anyway and increase their post count.
I'm leaning more towards option A, but it wouldn't surprise me if these posters actually read the rules but are posting anyway.
I think we should delete the rules for this thread and see what happens, if this thread gets a lot of posts, then we'll know people are actually reading the rules.

If people are so stupid, they can?t read/get the rules/see a last post in the thread, it?s moderators job to keep this thread clean.
We have a mainstream-song-recommandation-thread here

A) some people are not reading the rules
Most people think they have great music taste....
they want people to listen to THEIR music....
they see the title of this thread and post straight away without reading it or looking through it...
and since the whole point of this thread is for people to share and discover new music then that's quite stupid...
just seems like pointless post count boosters...
it keeps happening though, there's people who've posted, had their posts deleted and come back weeks later and done it again, chances are because the stupid fuckers never viewed the thread the first time they did not the second and so failed to realise their stupid ass post had been deleted...
On the solution side of things...
....the thread title could be edited by a mod to....

Oh ok i will.
I'll have you know i interrupted AFD for this
Well i downloaded it and i thought the music to it was great. However rap isn't my bag baby. So i didn't enjoy it all that much. I can kinda see why a rap fan would though. He is fairly agressive on the mic there.
Ok for my pick i choose "Time Has Come" by Logan. A scottish rock band in a similar vein to Creed and maybe some Bon Jovi in there. Your gonna have to PM me for this one as they havent got a record deal yet so it isn't widely avaliable.
