Yeah, it really sucks to be a fan of this band. I mean with a sold out tour, Album coming out tommorow, hot single, and tons of publicity: Why would anyone want to be a fan of this band. I mean they only have the guitar God that is Slash, Duff who is still cooler than all get out, and Scott who at least brings some unpredictibility to the band. I mean they are definitely not a band worth following. Contraband sucks and no one will buy it. FTP will bomb as there single and totally not be a cross-over smash that puts the band on the map. Slash will not be revered by a new generation of kids as the quintisential guitar God in rock music today. Scott will certainly never recapture the success he had in STP and will most likely head to jail within the next week even though he is clean. I mean just look at the image of this band, it is so un-rock and roll with all the leather and bad-ass looking guys.
Given all of that I am just not sure why anyone would want to be a fan of this band.
