This will be absolutely hilarious I am sure. Eminem is awesome at parodying people. I wonder if they will mock the new band or old though? The worst part about the whole thing is Axl will just continue to sit in his house and do nothing.
Eminem sure can dish it out,and yet he couldn't take a few jokes from a hand puppet at the 2002 VMA's?Eminem is a fucking joke.

thats a huge reason ive came back here for almost a year now

everything is organized, if i create a thread today, tomorrow it will be here and ill be able to read replies very easily

other boards there are 10 threads of the same shit

it sucks!

Was it a piss take in a rude sense or what?
Will he upset Mr Rose - if there's one man in music you don't want to make enemies of is our Axl.

I think Eminem has missed the joke though because i have pics from GNR Illusions tour when Axl's in all red with base ball cap ect and i have seen Eminem in pretty much the same thing, only he thinks it's his look lol  So he didn't even need to dress up he already stole his look!

Yeah I do agree with Eminem being a big influence in the music industry like it or not. but he does get very irritating and he really needs to get a f*cking life. Sorry to all you Eminem fans but I can't stand that mother f*cker!  Angry

during the credits eminem did the metal symbol and said Guns N' Roses are back together. I think they were trying to mostly act like GN'R not just rock stars in general

I disagree. He's not funny. It's simply "cool" to be the one doing the mocking and it's a way to get noticed and sell records and make money.

Eminem's sense of humor was shown on that awards show a couple of years ago when he couldn't handle it when a little fun was being poked at him. He acted like a second grade little child.

Of course, everyone should have known that. It was obvious from the pics who was being mocked.

It's just some people here were in denial about that because some people here like both Eminem and GNR so they're just trying to defend their idol.

Personally I hate eminem but this performance didn't really show GNR in a negative light.  Personally I think it only gave gnr a little free publicity.  Eminem really didn't go out of his way to humiliate Axl.  I don't see this being any more meaningful than when Adam Sandler and Kiefer Sutherland mocked Axl and Slash on Saturday Night Live.  This is no big deal.  Just free publicity.

It wasn't a parody at all. I don't know why people are so upset. They had a guy dressed as Angus too, do you think they were making fun of him as well? I don't even like eminem so I'm defending him but if you listen to the lyrics of the song it's all about LSD - lead singer disease and who is a more logical, recognizable lead singer to dress up as while rapping about the ridiculousness of lead singers thinking they are the whole band than Axl Rose? At the end of the song when he mooned the crowd and they were singing? like a boy band I got the feeling the whole song is a parody of Justin Timberlake. I wouldn't call it a parody at all. Especially considering they had a guy dressed as slash as well. Just recognizable rock stars with problems getting along in my opinion. peace

Before the song kicked in he did do a little Axl sway!

I was cracking up when the Slash character kept chasing him to get in the spotlight!  hihi hahaha!

I saw the performance. It was nothing!. Eminem had a wig on and did a little snake dance then took it off and was himself and acted himself....One rapper was dressed as buckethead and 1 as slash. halfway in they took thier stuff off and finished the song.

It was kinda stupid actually. All that hype for like 1 min of dressing up as gnr old and new....

the song is about rock bands and reg bands and how the frontmen usually get all the attention. no need to get your panties up all in a bunch
