Sometime ago I send Robin Finck a 'thank you' message for his "dear gnr fans" letter. I thanked him for it and said how much we appreciate it, he rocks. This is what he mailed back:

Don't mean to burst your bubble, but that's just a form letter that's sent out automatically from the website. Don't believe me? Try sending twenty letters and you'll get the same thing back each time. smoking
